This declaration of love is non-reciprocal, non-rescindable and binding upon both parties until such time as terminated by our client and notified to above-named in writing. You do not need to make any statement of emotional commitment but it may harm your defence if you fail to declare now any love interest which you later rely on when arguing in front of other people." How will we know?
